Signing into Support Portal using Microsoft authentication

Overview

If you have been logging into the portal using Microsoft authentication using your Azure Active Directory account, as of May 18th 2023, unfortunately this ability has been disabled by our ticketing provider Zendesk. They learned of a vulnerability associated with Microsoft sign-in feature that, if exploited, could potentially allow an attacker to sign in as a Zendesk agent. There was no evidence that this vulnerability has been exploited and Zendesk continue to proactively monitor this situation.

Solution

At this time you may only sign in using the the social Microsoft identity managed through a personal account (for instance, services like Xbox, Teams for Life, or Outlook). If you don't have this ability then please use the traditional approach of using your email address and a password which you can reset using the forgotten link found on the login page.

GrammaTech is sorry for this inconvenience caused.

Note: If you don't receive an email when you've tried to reset your password then please review this article.
